(1) I didn’t realize at first but there are different nail file grits, so make sure your not using something too abrasive unless you really need it for hacking at something thick (I actually nicked myself the first time using it because I was using the thicker grit). It turned out to be great (and so much better/faster than using a normal file) but here are a few things I learned for those who are new… I just started doing my own gel nails at home (because going out all the time was just getting so expensive), so I was very new to using an electric file. Do not operate in wet or moist conditions/Only a dry cloth is allowed for cleaning. Please do not use the device when the connecting wires broke and do not touch the plug with a wet hand to prevent electric leakage and shock or fire.
